Following are the symptoms of tooth infection spreading to the body. If you are experiencing any of these, consult your nearest dentist.
- Fever
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Skin flushing
- Sweating/chills
- Face swelling, which can make it difficult to open your mouth, swallow, and breathe correctly
- Severe and painful gum swelling
- Dehydration leads to darker urine and less frequent urination
- Increased heart rate
- Increased breathing rate (25+ breaths a minute)
- Increased body temperature
- Stomach pain, diarrhoea, and/or vomiting
